Refund Policy

1. Overview

At AI Image Studio, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for credit purchases and subscription plans. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

By purchasing credits or a subscription on AI Image Studio, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. One-Time Credit Purchases

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

One-time credit pack purchases may be eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

  • You have not used any of the purchased credits
  • The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the purchase date
  • Your account is in good standing (no violations of our Terms of Service)

2.2 Partial Refunds

If you have used a portion of your purchased credits, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the unused credits, at our discretion. Partial refund requests must also be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

2.3 Non-Refundable Situations

One-time credit purchases are not eligible for a refund if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
  • All or the majority of credits have been consumed
  • Credits have expired
  • The account has been suspended or terminated due to policy violations

3. Subscription Plans

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be eligible for a refund within 48 hours of the initial purchase or renewal, provided that no credits from the current billing period have been used. After 48 hours or after any credits are consumed, no refund will be issued for that billing cycle.

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription period, minus any credits already consumed. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your plan and credits until the period ends. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from generating images — such as a platform error that consumes credits without producing output — please contact our support team within 7 days. We will investigate and, if confirmed, restore the affected credits or issue a refund at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request:

  1. Email us at support@nanobanana.net
  2. Include your registered email address and order/transaction ID
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request
  4. Provide any relevant screenshots or error messages if the request is due to a technical issue

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud or abuse of the refund policy
  • Repeated refund requests from the same account
  • Purchases made using promotional credits or discounts that explicitly state they are non-refundable
  • Violations of our Terms of Service

7. Payment Processor Terms

Refunds are subject to the terms and processing timelines of our payment providers (Stripe, Creem, PayPal). In some cases, transaction fees charged by the payment processor may not be refundable. AI Image Studio will refund the net amount received after deducting any non-recoverable fees where applicable.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of AI Image Studio after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
