Nano Banana provides AI-powered image generation tools including Text to Image, Image to Image, and Reference-based Image Generation. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts

1. Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.
2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
3. Responsibility: Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Content and Intellectual Property

• Your content: You retain ownership of the prompts, images, and reference materials you upload.
• Generated images: Images generated on a paid plan are licensed to you for personal and commercial use within the scope of our platform's terms. Images generated on the free plan are for personal use only.
• Platform: The Nano Banana platform, technology, and underlying models remain the property of Nano Banana and may not be reverse-engineered, copied, or redistributed.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, or hateful content.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, credits, or security measures.
• Resell or redistribute generated content outside the scope of your plan's licence.
• Use automated tools to abuse the generation API without authorisation.
• Interfere with the security or performance of the service.

Content Safety & NSFW Policy

Nano Banana integrates AI models that are built with safety filters to prevent the generation of harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content. Specifically, our models are configured to refuse requests for:

• NSFW or adult content: Any sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult-only material.
• Infringing content: Content that reproduces copyrighted works, trademarked characters, or other protected intellectual property without proper authorisation.
• Harmful or illegal content: Depictions of violence, abuse, self-harm, terrorist activity, or any content that violates applicable laws.
• Hateful or discriminatory content: Material that demeans or targets individuals or groups based on protected characteristics including race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.

Attempts to circumvent these safety measures — including through adversarial prompting, prompt injection, or other manipulation techniques — are strictly prohibited and constitute a violation of these Terms. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund.

Credits and Payments

• Credits are consumed per image generation and are non-refundable once used.
• Unused credits expire according to your plan's validity period.
• Subscription plans renew automatically; you may cancel at any time before the next billing date.
• All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law or covered by our Refund Policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or conduct harmful to users or the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of generated content and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability
